Haircuts of Hope

As part of our mission, Seeds of Hope Silicon Valley partners with Hope’s Corner in Mountain View and Cornerstone Fellowship in Livermore to provide free haircuts for homeless guests. All of these haircuts are provided through the generosity of volunteer stylists from Great Clips in the Bay Area and Hair International in Palo Alto.
To date, we have provided more than 600 haircuts to homeless community members. As we work on our broader mission to provide permanent housing for the homeless, these haircuts are a small way we also help our homeless neighbors.
A fresh haircut can boost a person's self-esteem. For the homeless, the cost is often out-of-reach. Haircuts of Hope give these individuals dignity and hope in a way they might not otherwise be able to access.
