Michael Seiler
Board Member, Bay Area Council and Chief Impact Officer for Beyond Homeless

Michael Seiler is Chief Impact Officer at Beyond Homeless (BH), a community of cross-sector Bay Area leaders working on innovative and region-wide solutions on homelessness.
BH is a regional collaborative focused on creating scaled, accountable systems that scale to the need for homelessness in the Bay Area. That has meant convening stakeholders across sectors, co-creating solutions, and building the collaboratives that can take this to scale.
BH efforts are focused on:
- piloting large-scale campus models that pool housing, community and empowerment services.
- implementing AI systems to modernize program deliver and how we measure outcomes.
- working alongside legislators and county leaders to shape the funding structures and remove barriers.
Michael says, "It is an honor to convene and align such passionate experts and innovative people. Real solutions to homelessness must be an all-of-the-above approach. We have a real opportunity to build new models here in the Bay Area that the rest of the country can learn from. Seeds of Hope Silicon Valley and their replication of the Community First model is a great next step."
