Larry Bursch

Larry is a master researcher, having identified all of our target properties and various other resources that have been critical to our effort. Larry worked as a senior medical buyer with Santa Clara County Purchasing for most of his 26 year career.
A 1989 newspaper article awoke in him a desire to help the homeless which led him to help at Family Supportive Housing, Sacred Heart C. S. and in 1997 at Santa Maria Urban Ministry. He has volunteered at the Centre for Living with Dying, helped The Family Giving Tree and donates office supplies to the Downtown Streets Team, the Boccardo Center and the U. S. Mission.
Larry has lived in the same Willow Glen, San Jose home for 54 years. He graduated from Harpur College in Endicott, New York. He then attended Duke and graduated from Drew.
Larry lives in San Jose with his wife, has two grown daughters and step-son.
